In a recent interview conducted by SS Rajamouli, Prashanth Neel, Prabhas, and Prithviraj discussed their upcoming film Salaar. During the conversation, Prashanth expressed his surprise at Prabhas not making any corrections to the given material, making him question if he was on the right track. However, Rajamouli defended Prabhas, stating that despite his outward appearance of not understanding, he is, in fact, quite shrewd.

Prashanth remarked, “When the hero praises my work as fantastic, I find myself wondering if it’s sufficient. That’s the challenge of working with Prabhas.” In response, Prabhas humorously mentioned that he would continue suggesting improvements in Salaar Part 2.

Rajamouli added, “In Telugu, I made a statement about Prabhas that loosely translates to, ‘Prabhas may seem like an idiot, but he is absolutely shrewd.'” Prithviraj promptly concurred, affirming that Prabhas gives the impression of not knowing much, but the reality is different. He also agreed with Rajamouli that Prabhas is a gifted actor, requiring minimal effort due to his expressive face.

Prithviraj recalled telling Prabhas on the first day of shooting, “While the rest of us have to perform and make an effort, you just have to stand there and do nothing.” Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire is scheduled for release on December 22 worldwide in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi. The film features Shruti Haasan, Eswari Rao, and Bobby Simha in significant roles.
